| MgSO4·7H2O | 0.2 | g |
| Trace vitamins (see Medium No. 197) | 10.0 | ml |
| Trace element solution (see Medium No. 741) | 10.0 | ml |
| Resazurin | 1.0 | mg |
| Distilled water | 1.0 | L |
Mix components thoroughly and adjust pH to 8.0. Distribute the medium into culture vessels under a N2-CO2 (9:1, v/v) gas mixture, seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave.
