Mix components thoroughly and autoclave under a microaerophilic atmosphere (1.0 - 3.0% O₂ in N₂). Aseptically add per liter the following solutions (filter-sterilized):

1.0 M Sodium thiosulfate solution	`10.0`	ml
Trace vitamins (See Medium No. 197)	`10.0`	ml
8% NaHCO₃ solution	`5.0`	ml
