Terms and conditions for distribution of strain JCM 39455

According to the agreement with the depositing culture collection, the RECIPIENT shall agree to use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE complying with the following terms and conditions:

The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE is
1) Only used for non-commercial research purpose*.
2) Not used in humans (including food, cosmetic, or other preparations) or for clinical or veterinary purposes.
3) Not subsequently distributed to any third party.

*Individual who like to use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE for commercial use should contact DSMZ GmbH directly.
