• Utilization by Recipient should be restricted to research purpose only (non-commercial use is only allowed). In addition, the Receipient should use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and governmental orders, notices and guidelines (including, but not limited to international treaties and conventions) and further with all related rules of ethics and standards of conduct (whether international, national, local or otherwise).
