The following specific terms and conditions are requested by the DEPOSITOR:

• As it is mandatory to deposit Strains to WFCC (World Federal of culture collection) and take accession numbers before publication of research data and these strains will be available by that culture collection on request to other qualified scientists of world community for research purpose, therefore we are submitting to JCM. Strains belongs to Svalbard Arctic under Norwegian territory. Though India is one of signatory of Svalbard treaty but commercial application/patent of these strains will be governed as per Norwegian Law.
