The following specific terms and conditions are requested by the DEPOSITOR:

• Access to the strain(s) is not restricted and it shall be supplied to anyone on request for scientific purpose (such as systematic studies, etc.).
• However, the recipient (user of the materials) will obtain a written consent from the DEPOSITOR (NIGAB, NARC/PARC, Islamabad-Pakistan) in case of commercial use of the materials and all IPRs will stand on part of NIGAB, NARC/PARC, Islamabad-Pakistan, for commercialization of the material.

In this event, the RECIPIENT of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE shall obtain a prior written consent on use of it (Approval Form, Form M-12) from the DEPOSITOR:

In publishing the research results to be obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, an acknowledgment to the DEPOSITOR is requested.
