The following specific terms and conditions are requested by the DEPOSITOR:

• The BIOLOGOCAL RESOURCE may be supplied unconditionally only to non-profit organizations and only for use in academic research of a non-profit nature.
• For use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE by a for-profit organization, the RECIPIENT must obtain a prior written consent from the DEPOSITOR using the APPROVAL FORM.
• If a non-profit organization intends to use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE for (1) joint research with a for-profit organization, (2) consigned research for a for-profit organization, or (3) R&D or any other purpose with the intention of making a profit, prior permission must be obtained from the depositor using APPROVAL FORM.
• RECIPIENT must contact the DEPOSITOR in the case of application for any patents or commercial use based on the results from the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE.

In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, citation of the following literature designated by the DEPOSITOR is requested:
