The following specific terms and conditions are requested by the DEPOSITOR:

• The RECIPIENT shall obtain a prior written consent from the DEPOSITOR in case of application for any patents or commercial use with the results arising from the use of BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE.
• The RECIPIENT is requested to acknowledge the DEPOSITOR when publishing the results arising from the use of BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE.
