  · This BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE will be distributed "without restriction" only for educational or research purposes by not-for-profit organizations.
  · For use of a BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE by a for-profit organization, the RECIPIENT shall obtain prior written consent from the DEPOSITOR.
  · For use of a BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE for:
  (1)joint research with a for-profit organization,(2)consigned research from a for-profit organization, or (3) for a commercial concern or R&D by a not-for-profit organaization, the RECIPIENT shall obtain prior written consent from the DEPOSITOR.
  · If a not-for-profit organaization wishes to apply for a patent or commercial use based on the research results from use of a BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the RECIPIENT must contact the DEPOSITOR prior to filing such application.
