The following specific terms and conditions are requested by the DEPOSITOR:

• This BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE will be distributed 'without restriction' only for educational or research purposes by not-for-profit organizations.
• For use of a BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE by a for-profit organization, the RECIPIENT shall obtain prior written consent from the DEPOSITOR.
• For use of a BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE for: (1) joint research with a for-profit organization, (2) consigned research from a for-profit organization, or (3) for a commercial concern or R&D by a not-for-profit organization, the RECIPIENT shall obtain prior written consent from the DEPOSITOR.
• If a not for-profit organization wishes to apply for a patent or commercial use based on the research results from use of a BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the RECIPIENT must contact the DEPOSITOR prior to filing such application.
