946 KORTHOF'S MEDIUM
| 10 x Korthof's basal medium (see below) | 50.0 | ml |
| Rabbit serum heat-inactivated at 56℃ for 30 min | 50.0 | ml |
| Distilled water | 400.0 | ml |
Autoclave distilled water. After autoclaving, allow to cool, aseptically add 10 x Korthof's basal medium and heat-inactivated rabbit serum that has been filter-sterilized ahead of time.
10 x Korthof's basal medium:

| Na2HPO4 | 4.4 | g |
| Polypeptone peptone (BD-BBL) | 4.0 | g |
| KH2PO4 | 1.2 | g |
| NaHCO3 | 0.1 | g |
| KCl | 0.2 | g |
| CaCl2·2H2O | 0.2 | g |
| Distilled water | 450.0 | ml |
Mix ingredients except CaCl2 and autoclave. Dissolve CaCl2 in 50 ml distilled water and filter-sterilize. After autoclaving, allow to cool, add sterile CaCl2 solution to the medium.
