638 TRYPTONE-PEPTONE-YEAST EXTRACT-GLUCOSE MEDIUM

| Yeast extract | 10.0 | g |
| Glucose | 10.0 | g |
| CaCl2·2H2O | 0.01 | g |
| MgSO4·7H2O | 0.02 | g |
| KH2PO4 | 0.04 | g |
| K2HPO4 | 0.04 | g |
| NaCl | 0.16 | g |
| NaHCO3 | 0.4 | g |
| L-Cysteine·HCl·H2O | 0.5 | g |
| Distilled water | 1.0 | L |
Mix components except L-cysteine·HCl·H2O and adjust pH to 6.9. Bring to a boil and cool down under a N2 gas and add L-cysteine·HCl·H2O. Distribute the medium anaerobically into culture vessels, seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave.
