| Distilled water | 500.0 | ml |
Adjust pH to 7.4.
Solution B:
| NaCl | 120.0 | g |
| MgSO4·7H2O | 10.0 | g |
| KCl | 5.0 | g |
| CaCl2·2H2O | 0.2 | g |
| Distilled water | 500.0 | ml |
Separately autoclave Solutions A and B and mix them aseptically. Adjust pH to 7.4, if necessary.
