Mix components thoroughly, adjust pH to 6.5 and autoclave under a N₂ atmosphere. After cooling, add per liter the following solution (autoclaved and stored under a N₂ atmosphere):

5% Na₂S·9H₂O solution (adjusted pH to 7.0) 6.0 ml
