386 MIDDLEBROOK 7H10 AGAR WITH OADC ENRICHMENT
| Middlebrook 7H10 agar (BD-Difco) | 19.0 | g |
| Glycerol | 5.0 | ml |
| Distilled water | 895.0 | ml |
Sterilize at 121C for 10 min and cool to 50 - 55C. Aseptically add 100 ml of Middlebrook OADC Enrichment (BD-BBL) and mix thoroughly.
