370 TEPIDANAEROBACTER MEDIUM

Use Medium No. 284 supplemented with final 2.3 g yeast extract in Solution A (per 900 ml), and with 2.2 g sucrose in Solution B (per 100 ml) instead of sodium pyruvate.
Comment: For strains JCM 12098, 12099 and 12100, incubate with a 10% inoculum.
