Oatmeal (Quaker White Oats)	`30.0`	g
Agar	`20.0`	g
Distilled water	`1.0`	L

Boil 30.0 g of oatmeal with 1.0 L of distilled water over water bath, stirring occasionally, for 1 hr. Filter through cloth, make up to 1.0 L, add agar and boil till dissolved.
