129 ACIDIPHILIUM MEDIUM
Solution A:
| (NH4)2SO4 | 2.0 | g |
| KCl | 0.1 | g |
| K2HPO4 | 0.5 | g |
| MgSO4·7H2O | 0.5 | g |
| Trypticase soy broth (BD-BBL) | 0.1 | g |
| Distilled water | 500.0 | ml |
Adjust pH to 3.0.
Solution B:
| Glucose | 1.0 | g |
| Distilled water | 500.0 | ml |
Autoclave Solutions A and B separately, and mix aseptically. For preparation of solid medium, add 15.0 g/L agar in solution B before autoclaving.
