1270 CHOCOLATE AGAR WITH 5% SHEEP BLOOD

| Sheep blood | 50.0 | ml |
| Distilled water | 950.0 | ml |
Mix ingredients except sheep blood, autoclave and cool to about 70C. Aseptically add 5% (final) sterile defibrinated sheep blood, keep at 70C for 15 minutes and cool to about 50C. Mix and quickly dispense into sterile petri dishes.
