| NaCl | 50.0 | g |
| Yeast extract | 1.0 | g |
| Peptone | 5.0 | g |
| Ferric citrate | 0.1 | g |
| Distilled water | 1.0 | L |
Mix components thoroughly and adjust pH to 7.5. For preparation of solid medium, add 18.0 g/L agar.
