1099 HEART INFUSION AGAR WITH 5% HORSE BLOOD

| Horse blood | 50.0 | ml |
| Agar | 15.0 | g |
| Distilled water | 950.0 | ml |
Mix ingredients except horse blood, autoclave and cool to about 50C. Aseptically add 5% (final) sterile defibrinated horse blood. Mix and quickly dispense into sterile petri dishes.
