The exportation of the microorganisms listed below to foreign countries is controlled by the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Law, the Export Trade Control Order and the related ministerial ordinances of Japan. The purpose of the law and ordinances is to prevent production of biological weapons and, therefore, we do not export these microorganisms outside Japan.
