From August 1st, 2008, RIKEN BRC-JCM accepts payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
We provide a system for online payment by credit card through a cryptographically protected connection, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
Go to "Order for Cultures" (http://www.jcm.riken.jp/JCM/Ordering_E.shtml) and click "Order Form" at item 3.
To use the SSL system, user registration is requested. If you have already registered with this system, please skip II and go to III.
1. Click the option "Register here".
2. Enter e-mail address and click the "Get" button. Your password will be sent to the
registered e-mail address.
Enter the registered e-mail address and password, and then click the "Order Form (Credit card payment) " button. The Order Form for payment by credit card will be downloaded as a PDF file.
When you forget the registered e-mail address or password, please return to II. If input data for this procedure (either or both of the registered e-mail address and password) is not correct, the Order Form for payment by bank transfer or check will be downloaded.
Complete the Order Form on screen with Adobe® Reader® (Acrobat® Reader®), print, and send it with other required forms by post to the following address:

After shipping the resources, an invoice will be sent from the financial section of RIKEN BRC by post. At the same time, an email with the subject "Online payment from RIKEN BioResource Center" will be sent to the registered e-mail address, separately.
Please open the attached URL, check the details, and input the credit card information when received the invoice.
A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address when the payment is completed. Please keep this for your record.
Note: Once this confirmation mail is sent, any changes of the method for payment (such as by wire transfer or by check) cannot be accepted.
